1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Rent-a-Pal (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use the Service.
2. Service Description
Rent-a-Pal is a platform that connects individuals ("Clients") seeking companionship or assistance services with individuals ("Pals") offering such services in the Pattaya area. All interactions and service provisions are solely between Clients and Pals. Rent-a-Pal is not a party to any agreement between users.
3. Eligibility and User Conduct
Users must be at least 18 years old. Pals require a valid invite code to create a profile. All users agree to provide accurate information and to conduct themselves respectfully and lawfully. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or illegal activity is strictly prohibited.
4. Payments
Clients pay a fee to access a Pal's full profile. Payments are processed via Stripe. Pals are responsible for their own financial arrangements for services rendered and for any tax obligations. Rent-a-Pal is responsible for collecting the platform fee and disbursing payments to Pals as per separate agreements, if applicable.
5. Content and AI Generation
Users are responsible for the content they post. Profile pages may be generated using AI tools based on user-provided information. Users grant Rent-a-Pal a license to use this content to operate the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any images you upload.
6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is". Rent-a-Pal makes no warranties regarding the conduct of its users or the quality of services. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
